Before you book an appointment, you must call us on 13 11 71. ![]() If you don't hold a current interstate licence and you lost it for drink driving you will be relicensed in Victoria under Victorian law. Are you unlicensed interstate for a drink driving offence? You'll need to book and pay for another appointment. If you do not have an approved alcohol interlock device fitted to your vehicle, you will not be able to convert your licence and will not get a refund of your booking fees. You will need to have an Victorian approved alcohol interlock device fitted to your vehicle before you can be issued with a Victorian licence. The rest of your interlock condition will be managed by VicRoads. Please call 13 11 71 at least five working days before your appointment so we can confirm the details of your interlock condition with the interstate authority. If you're required to use an alcohol interlock interstate, your interlock condition will be applied in Victoria.
